For the Chicken
  • 4 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
