For the Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Check the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
