For the Salad
  • 1 avocado ripe
  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Add the drained tuna to the bowl with the avocado.
  3. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Mash and mix everything together until well combined.
  6. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
