Ingrédients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
For the Caprese Topping
  • 2 large tomatoes sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

Equipment

  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and top each chicken breast with tomato slices, mozzarella slices, and basil leaves.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
