Ingrédients
  

For the Chicken Tenders
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Sweet Potato Fries
  • 2 large sweet potatoes cut into fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, paprika, and garlic powder. Dip each chicken tender in beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place on the baking sheet.
  3. In another bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them on the same baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken is cooked through and fries are crispy.
  5. Serve immediately.
