- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place the cod fillets in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, melted butter, and garlic.
- Spoon the crumb mixture evenly over the cod fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden.
