  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Coating
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and brush them with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat each chicken breast evenly with the mixture and place them in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
