Ingrédients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Glaze
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and garlic powder.
  4. Brush the glaze evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
