  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Casserole
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving.
