  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and garlic powder evenly over the salmon.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
