- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

- Place chicken pieces, broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots in the baking dish. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and vegetables, tossing to coat evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
