  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices bacon chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts, bacon, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring once, until sprouts are tender and bacon is crispy.
