  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 0.33 cup butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the sugar, egg, and melted butter.
  4. Stir the banana mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
