  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  4. Brush the chicken breasts with the BBQ sauce mixture.
  5. Place the chicken on the preheated grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through. Brush with more sauce during the last few minutes of cooking.
  6. Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with your favorite sides like coleslaw or potato salad.
