  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the dough.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
