Ingrédients
  

For the Salad
  • 8 oz pasta fusilli or penne
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels, then crumble.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, bacon, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Serve chilled.
