  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well until all ingredients are fully mixed.
  3. Cover the bowl or transfer the mixture to an airtight container.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, top with blueberries and sliced almonds.
