  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach

Method
 

  1. Mix oats, almond milk, and chia seeds in a jar. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk eggs and spinach. Pour into muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes.
