  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
For the Toppings
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  2. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the dough.
  3. Scatter crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.
  4. Crack eggs onto the pizza, spacing them evenly.
  5. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the pizza.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden and eggs are set.
