Ingrédients
  

For the Pasta
  • 400 g pasta any shape
  • 1 tbsp salt
For the Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes 400g
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • black pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Colander
  • Frying pan

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt and pasta, then cook according to package instructions.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and oregano to the pan. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce. Season with black pepper to taste.
