Method
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt and pasta, then cook according to package instructions.
- While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and oregano to the pan. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce. Season with black pepper to taste.
