  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
  3. Spread buffalo sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese melts.
  6. Top with crumbled blue cheese and chopped cilantro before serving.
