Ingrédients
  

For the Burritos
  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 cups Cooked beans e.g., black beans or pinto beans
  • 1 cup Cooked protein e.g., shredded chicken, ground beef, or tofu
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup Salsa
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Chopped cilantro

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
  2. Lay a warm tortilla flat. Spoon rice, beans, protein, cheese, salsa, sour cream, and cilantro onto the center of the tortilla.
  3. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom.
  4. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize your burrito with your favorite toppings like avocado, lettuce, or hot sauce.
