For the Brownies
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs crushed

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in flour until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
