For the Dough
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Filling
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough.
  4. Sprinkle cheese and pepperoni over sauce.
  5. Roll dough tightly into a log.
  6. Cut into slices and place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
