For the Shells
  • 24 jumbo pasta shells
For the Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For Topping
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff each cooked shell with the chicken mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes
