- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked brown rice, chicken, broccoli, cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
