For the Casserole
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Large mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked brown rice, chicken, broccoli, cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
