Method
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to low. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
- Return the chicken, broccoli, and pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.

Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the Alfredo sauce. You can also substitute half-and-half for heavy cream if preferred.
