Ingrédients
  

For the Stir Fry
  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into thin strips
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
For the Sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Equipment

  • Wok or large skillet
  • Cutting board
  • Chef's knife

Method
 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken strips and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the sauce ingredients and stir to coat everything evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
