For the Casserole
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Topping
  • 1 cup crushed crackers
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased casserole dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the crushed crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the casserole.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbly.
