Ingrédients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced into strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
For the Vegetables
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken strips with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned.
  3. Add the bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
