For the Pasta
  • 12 oz penne pasta
For the Chicken
  • 2 cups chicken breast cooked and diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until chicken is browned.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  5. Serve hot.
