  • 8 oz semisweet chocolate chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional, for smoother texture

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  3. Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  4. Place the dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15 minutes.
