Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Add vegetable oil if using.
- Dip each pretzel halfway into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Place dipped pretzels on the prepared baking sheet. Add toppings if desired.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10 minutes.
