For the Chocolate Base
  • 200 g dark chocolate chopped
  • 100 g butter
For the Topping
  • 50 g white chocolate melted
  • 1 cup mini chocolate eggs

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and spread evenly.
  4. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the base and sprinkle with mini chocolate eggs.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, then let it cool before cutting into squares.
