For the Chocolate Hazelnut Mixture
  • 1 cup hazelnuts chopped
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the chopped hazelnuts evenly on the baking sheet. Toast them in the oven for 5-7 minutes until fragrant.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the toasted hazelnuts, chopped dark chocolate, honey, and vanilla extract.
  4. Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet and let them cool until firm.
