- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In a mixing bowl, combine the toasted hazelnuts, chopped dark chocolate, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet and let them cool until firm.
