For the Treats
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 10 oz marshmallows
  • 6 cups rice cereal
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  3. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the rice cereal until well coated.
  5. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top and gently press them in.
  7. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
