For the Chocolate Eggs
  • 2 cups chocolate chips milk or dark
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into egg-shaped molds, tapping gently to remove air bubbles.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
  4. Remove from molds and serve.
