  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup raisins

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Fold in the raisins.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
