Method
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
- Fill each taco shell with beef mixture and top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
