Ingrédients
  

For the Beef Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
For the Toppings
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Drain excess fat from the skillet.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
  6. Fill each taco shell with beef mixture and top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
