For the Beef Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
For the Toppings
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Method
 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat from the skillet. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
  4. Fill each taco shell with beef mixture. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
