  • 2 lbs chicken wings split into drumettes and flats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
For Frying
  • 4 cups vegetable oil for deep frying

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Coat each wing evenly with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Fry the wings in batches for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
