Ingrédients
  

For the Meatloaf
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
For the Glaze
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to make the glaze.
  5. Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, you can use ground turkey instead of beef.
