- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange the tater tots in a single layer over the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the tater tots are golden brown.
