For the Casserole
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots 32 oz

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. Arrange the tater tots in a single layer over the beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the tater tots are golden brown.
