Corn Pudding

A simple and creamy corn pudding that makes a great side dish.

Ingrédients
  

For the Pudding
  • 2 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. In a saucepan, combine corn, milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted.
  4. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.

Notes

Let the pudding cool slightly before serving for the best texture.
