  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 0.25 cup sugar
For the Filling
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp ground ginger
  • 0.25 tsp ground cloves

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture into a baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the filling is set. Let cool before serving.
