Method
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and whisk until smooth. Stir in parmesan cheese and parsley. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to skillet and add cooked pasta. Toss until everything is coated in sauce. Serve immediately.
