For the Mashed Cauliflower
  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the cauliflower in a colander and return it to the pot.
  3. Add the minced garlic, butter, and heavy cream to the pot with the cauliflower.
  4. Use a food processor or blender to puree the mixture until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
