Creamy Parmesan Garlic Beef

Ingrédients
  

  • 1 lb beef sirloin steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Return the cooked beef to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve this dish with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
