- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
