  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar and chopped nuts evenly over the batter.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before serving.
