Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk the eggs and milk together in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  5. Toast the bread and butter it lightly.
